Friday, Saturday and Sunday is the Paso Robles Harvest Wine Tour. Many of the wineries are offering special tastings, food, wine maker dinners. One thing that caught my eye as unique was the Halter Ranch Vineyard has a Meet the Authors Event.

Saturday & Sunday Add the Open Studios Tour in North San Luis Obispo County to your travels. The county is home to some incredible artists and for $25.00 you can get a program and you are invited into the homes and studios of the artists.

Pismo Beach Clam Festival - This includes a parade, clam chowder cook-off carnival booths, and music. If you go early, try the Pancake Breakfast from the Pismo Beach Fire Dept. Located at the Pier the hours are 9-5 Sat & Sun.
